Shell Beach

Located in the world heritage site Shark Bay Region of Western Australia, the 60km long shell beach, bordered by clear aqua blue ocean water, is one of the two beaches in the world that make entirely of shells.  The shells reach a depth of 7 metres to 10 metres and over time has formed a limestone known as Coquina.
